Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they haven’t been shipped.
• Once shipped or delivered, cancellation requests cannot be processed.

Returns & Refunds

• Eligible only for damaged or defective products.
• You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photo/video).
• Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days after verification.
• Digital products (eBooks, downloads, videos) are non-refundable once delivered.
